Questions buyers ask
Can I change the dose or combine ingredients?
Yes. Your brand takes an example formula as listed or with the doses changed, or brings a formula of its own. Our reply confirms the composition, the minimum and the time. See private label supplements.
What is the minimum order in blisters?
A blister run starts from 2,000 cartons, at least 4,000 blisters, with 1 to 4 blisters in each carton and production in 6 to 10 weeks. See minimum order quantity.
My ingredient is not on this list. Can it still be made?
Send the ingredient and the dose with your enquiry; more than 500 formulas are in production, with new ones added every month, and our reply confirms the formula, the blister and the terms.
Which documents come with each batch?
A Certificate of Analysis and the specification come with every batch; for export we arrange the Certificate of Free Sale, the Certificate of Manufacture and consular legalisation. See export documents.
