What is the minimum order for white label spirulina tablets?

Will my spirulina tablet fit a blister, and how many go on a card?
A spirulina tablet of any size goes into a blister. If its size is outside the current tooling, a forming set is made for it, and the time and price of that set are confirmed in our reply. Tooling in place covers six tablet sizes and three capsule sizes on the Uhlmann B 1240: ovals of 22 × 10, 20 × 9.5 and 16 × 8 mm, rounds of 13, 12 and 11 mm, and capsules of size 0 long, 0 and 00.

Which blister film suits spirulina tablets?
PVC, PVC/PVDC and cold-formed aluminium (alu-alu) are offered, and the film is confirmed in our reply once the formula and the tablet size are known. Moisture uptake of the formula and the depth of the cavity decide it.
On the Uhlmann B 1240 the cavity can be up to 24 mm deep in PVC and up to 10 mm in aluminium, so a thick tablet may suit one film and not the other. PVC/PVDC adds barrier to PVC, and alu-alu is the highest-barrier class of the three. Trying your own tablet in the film settles it; figures and sources are on blister films.
Can I get spirulina powder in sachets instead of tablets?

The blister remains the main format for tablets and capsules. Choose a sachet when the product is sold as a powder to stir into a drink, and a blister when it is sold as a tablet.
How do I declare spirulina on the label?
State the spirulina powder in milligrams per daily portion, as the formula prints it. Spirulina has no nutrient reference value in Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, which lists only vitamins and minerals, so no percentage appears and the figure is the amount in the portion your carton recommends.
The portion drives the number. The listed formula prints 3,000 mg for 6 tablets, and a carton recommending another count shows another figure. You approve the artwork before print, and the importer in the country of sale confirms the wording that market expects.
Is spirulina allowed in food supplements in my target market?

Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis and a specification. The carton shows the batch number, production date and expiry date, and shelf life is 24 months as standard. Copies of the site certificates (ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP; FDA registered), with numbers, go to clients on request.
