What happens after you send it?
Production starts only after you have approved the sample and the artwork, and the order runs in seven steps.
- Enquiry and reply. Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, you get a quote or the questions we need answered first.
- Sample. For a ready-made formula you receive a sample of the existing product; a formula of your own is developed into a sample first.
- Approval. You approve the sample, then the label and carton artwork, which the plant lays out and prints. Only the artwork version you have approved is printed.
- Production. A ready-made formula is produced from 2 weeks, a formula of your own from 4 weeks. A blister run with a printed carton takes from 2 weeks.
- Blister and carton. Tablets, capsules and softgels in blisters are sealed on an Uhlmann B 1240 under lidding foil printed for your brand and cartoned on an IMA IC 150, 1 to 4 blisters to a carton.
- Documents. A Certificate of Analysis and a specification go with every batch.
- Delivery. EXW by default, FCA or DAP on request. Shipping is added to the production time.

Questions before you write
What is the minimum order?
A ready-made formula starts from 100 units in stock packaging, and a formula of your own from 500 bottles. Powders, sachets, sports nutrition, syrups and oils have their minimums in kilograms or litres: see minimum order quantity. A blister run with a carton printed for your brand starts from 2,000 cartons and at least 4,000 blisters.
How long does production take?
Production takes from 2 weeks for a ready-made formula and from 4 weeks for a formula of your own. A blister run with a printed carton is produced from 2 weeks. Shipping is added to that and depends on the destination and the delivery term.
Can I get a sample before I order?
Yes, we send samples. Name the product or formula in your enquiry, and the terms for the sample are given in our reply.
Can I visit the plant?
Yes. Mention the visit in your enquiry, with a rough time frame, and we fix a date with you.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver worldwide: EXW by default, FCA or DAP on request. Registering the product in the country of sale is your step as the brand owner, or your importer's; we provide the batch documents for that file.
Which language can the label be in?
The label and the carton follow the labelling rules of the country where the product is sold, the language included. Your importer confirms those rules, and the plant lays out the artwork to match them.
